Wanderlust mediates the local situatedness of a project with a discursive concern for conceptual logics. In our praxis, the project is always pursued beyond the brief.
Wanderlust was founded in 2016 as the professional exploration space of Helsinki-based architects Johanna Brummer and Heini-Emilia Saari. The architectural studio and research unit has since completed a range of projects in collaboration with leading cultural institutions in Finland, among them HAM Helsinki Art Museum, Design Museum and EMMA Espoo Museum of Modern Art.
